These kitty ears were sculpted in clay and then cast in dark grey urethane. They are 3 1/4" long and slightly curved on the inside to attach to a hat or helmet.  This is for a PAIR.

These are raw casts, not finished pieces.The back of the ears will need to be sanded gently and there will be some mold flashing and seams. These can be painted with acrylic paint and sealed with clear coat.

I use a HIGH HEAT hot glue to attach my ears, regular hot glue can work too but the high heat stuff is more reliable. You can also drill holes in the "screw" details and use Chicago screws to attach them to fabric.
