The buyer will need to sand\/remove the flash edges.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e- Elastic straps can be attached with high heat hot glue, epoxy or other strong adhesive. Clamp while curing \/drying to secure the bond better. Score ( roughen) the inside cast's surface before gluing.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e- A plastic \u003ca rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hobbylinc.com\/htm\/squ\/squ10206.htm?source=froogle\u0026amp;gclid=CMm69LnGqbsCFYVZ7AodWhYAdQ\" target=\"_blank\"\u003enipper\u003c\/a\u003e, a \u003ca rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dickblick.com\/products\/sculpture-house-quality-rasps\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003erasp\u003c\/a\u003e , sandpaper or a dremel can be used to refine edges. \u003ca rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/missmonster.myshopify.com\/blogs\/news\/16073929-diy-mask-hint-rasps-nippers\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eHere is a little more detailed info\u003c\/a\u003e. Please use common sense.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e- This mask can be primed with any spray primer and painted with acrylics or whatever you prefer. Seal with clear coat to prevent scuffs after painting.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e- This urethane is sensitive to heat. Please keep it out of direct sunlight as it can warp under it's own weight when hot.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e-\u003cstrong\u003eIt can be heat shaped by immersing it in very hot water and shaping gently while soft\u003c\/strong\u003e. You can also use a heat gun or heat in the oven at around 175 degrees for a few minutes. Set the shape you want by immersing the warm mask in cold water or leaving on an upturned bowl or object to hold the shape while it cools.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e- This is a project that should be attempted by adults or under adult supervision. Please read all safety warnings on materials you use.
