PROTOTYPE ACRYLIC CYBER MASK

These are experiments to get the sizing and fit to look right! These do fit my face but may be imperfect near the ears and nose bridge.The green metallic is VERY cool looking!!

You can reshape this VERY carefully by warming in your oven or toaster oven but DO NOT overheat or the foil will bubble. 2-3 minutes at 250 on tin foil, watch it like a hawk when it's warming up! It will flatten when fully warmed. You may be able to shape with a heat gun but it takes awhile and heats unevenly.

Here is a video on bending it, please note that she uses towels to pad the shape you will form the acrylic piece over.

Please use heat gloves as this stuff gets HOT. I bent it using a mannequin head with a towel placed over the face, holding it down until it cooled.

I use elastic round cords with a cord lock on the back like a sunglasses strap around the back of my head.

This acrylic is 1/16th thick, it is flexible but not indestructible! Treat it with care.
