These pieces are severely miscast, lots of work will need to go into this! You will need to drill holes through the torso at the shoulders, through the hips and through each top leg/arm, sculpt missing parts, etc.

I use 5mm elastic cord with neoprene washers between the shoulder/hip joints to articulate these. You will need to tie the elastic VERY tight, create knots that can't slip through the drilled joints.
