GRIMDARK BLACKEST BLACK UBER GOFF ANUBOT HEADDRESS
"Built for stealth and speed, these units were both feared and admired during the Last War. Their gracefully arched profile and long ears earned them the nickname "Anubot". Efficient single unit snipers, they did not need a spotter as their secondary eyes and ear units were designed to measure wind, distance, earth curve and projectile arc while the primary eyes focused on their target. Their long cable bundle tails serve as a cat-like counterbalance and as a tool to interface with other machines. Quiet and reserved, they have not taken to their decommissioned life as easily as the
units they served with. Some still wander, trying to find their place in a new world...."
This mask is ready to wear, ready to ship. It is cast in urethane, hand painted and sealed to protect the color. Please use care , the paint can be damaged if handled roughly.
The flat black parts were painted with Stuart Semple's mock vantablack paint, a fun experiment! :
Ears are removable for shipping and held on with magnets. I recommend permanently fixing them to the head!
The eyes are laser cut acrylic graciously designed and made by Illumicyberwear:
Glass cabochons have been attached to the UV reactive lenses and LEDs will light them up BRIGHT when turned on. Vision is through the open tear ducts or under the mask itself if worn higher on the head.
Fits most faces, there is an elastic strap with a bra slide that is easily adjusted to the wearers head.
LEDS can be lit up easily- small battery pack is accessible and hidden in a small foam pocket.
PLEASE treat this with care! Do not leave out in a hot environment, this urethane is heat sensitive. Please read this for information and care of these masks. MASK CARE AND INFO:
These masks are pieces of art made for light costuming and display. They should never be used in place of safety equipment or as protection. Do not use this as a welding/metal working mask. Do not use this as a hockey/airsoft/paintball mask. Use common sense, please. I would not recommend this as a piece to use for any LARP that may result in any blows to the face. I will not be responsible for any injuries sustained or damage to your mask because of bad ideas!
