Foo dogs, also known as shishi, shisa , lion dogs and several other names have been fierce guardians for a very long time. They usually appear as stone carvings or ceramic figures in pairs, one male and one female with wild expressions and an intimidating presence. This guy evokes the same quiet power but with a small telltale sign that perhaps he's really not that scary...

This is a 5" tall solid urethane figure cast from an original hand sculpted piece. It is hand painted and sealed in clear coat to protect the paint.

This piece also has small glow in the dark dots! They will shine a bright blue after a charge in sunlight or a UV lamp!
