PANOPTES BEAST BLANK- BLUE/GREENS

 "The Panoptes Beast is a pseudocorporeal spirit that takes the shape of a three eyed chimeric lion/dragon. Once summoned, the beast is tethered to an abode by careful pleading and appeasement. When planted, it will be your unblinking eye of security. Intruders will be met with loud, baleful yowls and a blast of psychic fire that disrupts the limbic system and renders the victim temporarily dazed. Panoptes Beasts aren't terribly loud or chatty but are known to occasionally complain of boredom or comment on mundane aspects of the household. It has been found that exposing them to entertainment such as novelas, documentaries or audio books can alleviate this. The occasional gentle huff can signify approval of the provided entertainment."

This is a 10.5" x 11" cast urethane wall decoration that was originally sculpted by hand from oil based clay. Each piece will come with a drilled hanging hole, metal hanging hardware ( not installed) and three blank glass eye domes. The dome backs can be painted with a metallic acrylic paint ( please see below)

I place the upturned dome on a bit of clay to hold it steady:

These casts can be painted with acrylics or a simple acrylic ink/ isopropyl mix can be used as a wash and wiped off ( this method will preserve the color of the urethane)

Buyer WILL need to sand and the refine the edges!

NOTE: PLEASE give these a good wash with dish soap + brush before you paint to remove any mold release!

These art pieces will also glow in the dark after a charge in sunlight or with a UV flashlight.
