CYBERPUNK HARNESS FLEXIBLE CHEST ARMOR BLANK SET

This three piece set was sculpted in clay and cast in a flexible, durable urethane. It was sculpted over a dress form with a 38" chest but could fit a variety of chests with the adjustable straps the buyer can install, detailed below.

Buyer will receive one chest panel, one back panel and one shoulder connecting piece= 3 parts total. Please select the set you want from the photos shown.

SET B has an air bubble trapped below the surface on the chest panel and is priced lower because of this.

This is a BLANK set that will require some crafting skill to assemble and paint. Edges will need to be trimmed with scissors. Please score/roughen any surfaces that will need to be glued, this material can be tough to get glue to stick without surface prep. Clean the cast parts with dish soap and water before applying any paint.

Please store this carefully as the parts can warp if left under pressure that deforms the shape. It can be put back to it's desire shape with gentle bending and leaving it to sit but it's easier to just avoid it by storing it properly. The parts may arrive a bit flat after shipping.

1" D ring slide

1" soft elastic ( needs to be dyed)

5 or 6mm wide post with 3/8" or 10mm long post chicago screw

All together just to show how it goes together, the neoprene washer will touch the surface of the armor to protect it from the D ring rubbing:

You will thread the elastic straps through the bra slide so the straps can be widened to put on and take off the armor and tighten to fit using the slide once it is on your body. Here is how to get elastic through a bra slide. The D-ring's slot ( pictured above) will be where you loop the elastic instead of the black rope shown in the linked tutorial.

Add a drop of super glue into the chicago screw once you are ready for permanent assembly to prevent it from unscrewing during wear!
