These kitty ears were sculpted in clay and then cast in translucent urethane. They are 3 1/4" long and slightly curved on the inside to attach to a hat or helmet. This is for a PAIR.
PLEASE NOTE: The edges are a bit thin on the inside edge of the inner ear, please be careful not to crack when sanding. You can use a drop of thick super glue on the back to add extra strength if you want!
The back of the ears will need to be sanded gently, there will be some mold flashing and seams!
I use a HIGH HEAT hot glue to attach my ears, regular hot glue can work too but the high heat stuff is super tough. Be sure to sand and roughen the inside of the ear to get glue to stick better! I have also drilled a hole through the circular screw-like parts on the ends and used a chicago screw to attach without needing glue. The length of the screw will depend on what you are attaching it to, keep in mind the thickness of the ear section and the material you are attaching it to. I used a Russian desert army hat for the pictured build:
