FATALIS HELM- COPPER PATINA

 "The origin of the mutated, saber toothed beasts that roam the Wasteland isn't known. Some speculate they are the result of the war between the Green Runners and the Triopsid Warlocks, both sides warping apex predators into living weapons. Thankfully they are now rare and remains can be found scattered around the open deserts. The bones of the animals have taken on a strange texture as they age, becoming a curious mix of calcium, chitin, metal and mineral; some parts rusting as it ages and others forming a patina of unknown material. The skulls of these felines are highly prized as armor while the long bones are often used as weaponry. "

This is a wearable headdress. Cast from urethane. Weathered cotton strips attached to the back to conceal the adjustable elastic strap. It has been hand painted to look like aged copper though this mask is not made of metal.

Fits a 22-25" head but can be expanded with heat using the methods detailed below.

The basics:

- This is for one (1) painted, sealed and ready to wear urethane mask. It will come with an adjustable elastic strap and inside padding. Padding may need to be shaved down or added to for the mask to fit correctly.

- No part of this mask is actual metal.

- These are produced one at a time in my own studio.

- Please be sure to provide the correct address when placing your order, all orders will be shipped to the address im provided with and cannot be changed after the order is placed. No exceptions, sorry!

Mask info:

-This mask fits most faces but a perfect fit is not guaranteed. Cannot be worn with glasses.

 - This urethane is sensitive to heat. Please keep it out of direct sunlight as it can warp under it's own weight when hot.  You can use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat the back of the mask until it becomes pliable. Set the shape you want by leaving on an upturned bowl or object to hold the shape while it cools.

- Do not use this as safety equipment or a welding mask or anything else but costuming. Use common sense, please. I am not responsible for injuries sustained through improper use of this mask.
