You can use hefty scissors to cut the flashing from the cast- to prevent stress cracking from the scissors, heat the urethane just a bit with a heat gun first. Fill the inside of the teeth with a lightweight epoxy putty like Free Form Air. You can use other epoxy putties but Free Form is very light! Here is how i make the eyes for my masks!  Robodogman/Anubot eyes: 2 part clear epoxy, clear round acrylic cabochon and some flashy clear wrapping plastic. You can use nail foil, reflective paper...whatever will look cool behind the clear cab! Blorp out even amounts of the epoxy! Slap the mixture on the back of the cabochon. Try not to get it over the edge like i did! Some guy once emailed me to tell me he found my dirty nails in pictures unprofessional. My profession is being an artist who works with her hands.
