FILLING IN AIR BUBBLES IN CASTS WITH EPOXY PUTTY

Sometimes air gets trapped in tight spaces when slush casting and it's super annoying! However, with a little milliput, aves apoxy, magic sculpt , you can fix it. The brand names mentioned are just types of epoxy putty, a plastic-like two part "clay" that you mix and then cures into a hardened form. It can stick when pressed into/onto roughened surfaces so it is often used to repair holes in urethane casts, model kits, etc. The brands mentioned cure to a very firm hardness that sands well. MAKE ALIEN FLAPPY PARTS, EYELIDS AND CUSTOMIZE CARAPACE

  I used a .02mm TPU fabric for the grey shapes and used a thicker version to make the colored middle parts. The thicker version is also known as "jelly vinyl" , often used to make hairbows while the thin version is sometimes used for raincoats. I chose it because it can be hot glued ( I recommend the high strength version as it has a better hold and really mash it in when gluing ) and is pretty tough!
