FLEXIBLE CYBORG NECK ARMOR BLANK

6" X 4.5" flexible urethane casting. Sculpted in clay with model kit parts embedded to create the small hard surface details, these original designs have been cast in a tough, flexible urethane. They can be painted with acrylic though i prefer to use an alcohol color wash to pop out the details while leaving the translucent plastic look visible.

There may be minor imperfections in the casts! You will get the exact panel pictured.

-Please trim the flashing on the edges with sharp scissors.

 -You can sew these panels onto fabric by making sew holes with an awl and using a thick curved needle with sturdy thread. I have been using Ure-Bond or Black Panther from Smooth-On to glue this onto fabrics with great results! I pin the armor on over the fabric while draped over my dummy torso with T- pins while the adhesive cures. Be sure to roughen the back with rough sandpaper for a better adhesion.It doesn't take other glues too well unfortunately.

-A hex screw + nut + punched hole will work as well! Please use a leather hole punch or awl, do not attempt to drill a hole.
