PANTHER MASK TOO NARROW?

Another update! I noticed a few of the panther mask casts came out a little narrow. There is nothing wrong with them but for folks with medium to large heads you will need to use heat to widen it to your preference.

This is VERY EASY! It is mentioned in my mask care and info page:

"If your BLANK mask is a little tight you can use heat to shape it. Warm the mask in an oven ( low temp setting, place on a cookie sheet and only heat for 4-5 minutes) Shape while the urethane is warm, once it is cool it will stay in place ( dunk in cold water to accelerate cooling) You can prop it on an unturned bowl or some sort of sturdy object that has the width you desire while it cools.  You can also warm masks by immersing in hot water or using a heat gun. If all else fails, you can sand out some of the interior with a dremel. Please use common sense when using heat, i cannot accept responsibility if you damage your mask or sustain injury while heating.

To heat shape FINISHED masks i recommend using a heat gun or hair dryer on the back to warm, so that the paint job on the front is not damaged. PLEASE be careful!"

So if you get a narrow-ish mask do not panic or think that it is an inferior cast!
