I'm making the information that will be listed with the Seraphim helmet available here to let people have enough time to read through things. Please take a few minutes to go through everything to make your pre-order experience ( and mine) much more pleasant! Thank you! :)   A word about painted versions of this mask: I may offer painted and finished versions of this helmet in the future but will offer them as i make them- no pre-orders for finished versions. I'm posting information here for people to review before the pre-order opens and as a reference for customers once the pre-order sells out: DIY INFO: " PLEASE read everything here carefully! This means the time it takes for me to produce a batch of masks, not when the mask will arrive at your house. I will update abut production in the store news.  I hate that this needs to be said but apparently it needs to be brought up! If there are issues with your order, please let me know through the store email ( orange contact tab or reply to store order/shipping notification messages) not through a public tantrum. This shop has a one strike, you are out regarding abusive behavior. I'm here to make stuff, ship it and help with orders... my job is not to deal with behavior issues.  The second a message becomes abusive ( or even mildly snarky ) im done with communication and you will be asked...

- International customers rejoice! I will now be adding your tracking number to your order status once an item ships. This will require me to manually enter all numbers to orders individually ( so please be patient)  but i think it will lighten some of the email duties for me. This can be a pretty expensive investment with a slow return. Pre-orders help me gauge interest and allows early buyers a chance to get exactly what the size/color want since my stuff is made in very low numbers and is not always consistently available.
