I hate that this needs to be said but apparently it needs to be brought up! If there are issues with your order, please let me know through the store email ( orange contact tab or reply to store order/shipping notification messages) not through a public tantrum.
This shop has a one strike, you are out regarding abusive behavior. I'm here to make stuff, ship it and help with orders... my job is not to deal with behavior issues. The second a message becomes abusive ( or even mildly snarky ) im done with communication and you will be asked to take business elsewhere. I deal with grown ups or people who are at least pretty good at acting like one. This is a permanent black list, all future orders be cancelled. If you are asked to leave and place an order anyway, I keep the money and you get nothing. Period.
99% of my customers are amazing patient people who i want to keep around for life. However, Id rather lose future sales than keep a customer who can't control themselves, speak to me like a functioning adult or think/read first. I'm not a baby sitter or some underpaid clerk at Target here for abuse from strangers... i do not have to be nice to you if you act out. The more you respect me, the more i will help you. It's really easy!
