News — panther

Hello!  I am trying my best to get all the pre-orders for the panther blanks out! They will probably run a bit late as this specialized urethane is frying my molds and kicking them out too fast isn't helping the rubber stay intact. I have to build yet another expensive mold next week, ugh. I also had to slow production during last month's heat wave, then had Wasteland Weekend ( my only "vacation" so please grant me mercy) ..not to mention the dozen other things I'm wrangling for work behind the scenes and daily production of art for the shop.......

Panther pre-orders have all been mailed out or are in a box waiting for a shipping label! Hooray and thank you!

Good news! It looks like the weather will be "warm" enough here to use spray primer in the garage this weekend! This means i can finally wrap up the silver panther mask production. Been spending time prepping, sanding, filling and refining a big pile of casts in anticipation of the weather letting up a bit. Once i prime each mask , they will still need to be painted, sealed and have straps and foam added before they are mailed. But at least there is a small window of time to jump on soon! DIY blank masks are very very close...

Panther blank report: About half way through the DIY pre-orders- that may not sound like much but keep in mind 60 of these masks were ordered in the first day alone! So it's a huge task to get through- we are trying our best. There was a mold blowout last week and a new one had to be made which takes a lot of time. Always a few setbacks during production. Again the holiday season really put a big dent into getting this project started but most people are being super patient and thank you for that! Painted panther mask...

Okay so we are about halfway through the pre-order for the DIY panther masks! That means half have been poured, packed and postaged ( yes i know thats not a word). I will begin to finish up some of the silver, ready to wear masks soon. I realize things got off to a late start but the holidays added about a 2 week delay. Larry and i are working quickly to catch up! Thank you so much for your understanding and patience- it's great to see people posting the masks they have received.
