Very happy to report that my printer arrived today and i have already knocked out about 90% of the backlogged shipping. Really appreciate Brother printer's customer service- they sent me a working printer in the time frame they said they would which is nice!
It's never fun to run into this many snafus when trying to get a large batch of orders out the door but I'm really grateful to my customers for being so patient. I got zero complaints about the wait and i want you guys to know how far that goes- it's such a huge relief when I feel trusted by my buyers to get their orders out despite some setbacks. I try my best to update with any major issues that affect order time frames so when people read these updates and are completely understanding about wait times...well it's really, really appreciated on my end!
