I get a lot of packages back in the mail with things like "no such address/number" or packages that don't get picked up by customers after the first delivery attempt. This happens far more than i feel it should and when it's frequent it can be a bit of a hassle for me.
PLEASE please double and triple check your addresses before ordering. I cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or non existent addresses. I'm going to have to start charging a $5 service fee plus the cost of resending the item. It's not that i need that $5 that bad but sometimes its enough to get people to slow down a bit.
International customers: I write the address exactly how it says on your store receipt. Please take a moment to make sure all the info is correct before checking out.
Be aware that once a package is put in the mail it is out of my hands! So long as you provided the right info, your package will arrive. I understand that people get excited about orders but i cannot answer emails asking where something is when it's only just been put in the mail recently. I just can't devote my time to that degree of hand holding, sorry ... i have work to do! :)
