- There seems to be confusion about the status of bandanas. I had them open for pre-order but took the down until the printing issue is resolved. Please be patient, they will be back!
- I think my store has been confusing some folks: If a product page reads "sold out" at the bottom and you cannot add it to your cart or check out with it, it is sold out and unavailable. A product being in the "new and restocked" section does not guarantee it is in stock , it just means it's the newest thing to be added to inventory ; some products sell out within a few minutes of adding them to the shop. It's also safe to say if it has a giant green SOLD OUT on it, it's sold out and not coming back... remember, masks are made in limited editions.
- I get asked about the owl masks very frequently. Those masks were made quite awhile back and like all of my other past masks, were made in limited numbers and are no longer available. If a mask you want is not in the shop, it is no longer being sold... sorry!
A lot of the questions i get can be solved by checking out the policy page ( it's also something thats mentioned when you click the contact tab ) I'm happy to help with issues but i try very hard to make information readily available. It just takes a few minutes to read and can cut down on about 90% of the questions i get. Thats a lot of time i can spend making art instead! :)
