Very happy to report that my printer arrived today and i have already knocked out about 90% of the backlogged shipping. Really appreciate Brother printer's customer service- they sent me a working printer in the time frame they said they would which is nice! It's never fun to run into this many snafus when trying to get a large batch of orders out the door but I'm really grateful to my customers for being so patient. Good news- Looks like the new printer will be here Tuesday. Keeping my fingers crossed. I will be working to get all the stuff thats been fulfilled/packed out the door as well as packing and shipping the rest of the held up orders. There is a big pile of stuff so it might take a few days. So far everyone has been very patient with this hold up, no complaints! It really makes this annoyance so much less of a stressful situation when customers are so cooperative- THANK you!
